What will you be doing?

The role of Uncrewed Products & Solutions Manager reports to the Business Unit Director and will work cross-functionally across the DTC business to manage the delivery of products and solutions to our existing customer base and support the development and growth of sales and profitability in the Uncrewed Systems Market.

This position will be a key member of our team and will support and influence the strategic future of this exciting, growing and developing sector.

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Deliver full lifecycle management of Uncrewed Systems products and solutions, from initial business case and NPI through to End of Life.
• Bring together core DTC products with 3rd party accessories to provide a bespoke solution meeting customer requirement.
• Support generation of technical and commercial bids.
• Ensure that product information is correctly and effectively disseminated to the customer either directly or via Client Services and Sales. 
• Provide technical assistance to Client Services and Sales, where required, including demonstrations, tenders, and quotes.

What makes a successful Uncrewed Products & Solutions Manager within DTC?

To be successful in your application for this exciting newly created opportunity, you will ideally be degree qualified within Engineering or an associated discipline (equivalent experience considered) and have demonstrable experience within an Electronic Hardware Design and/or RF design environment. An understanding of IP Networking fundamentals and robotic systems architectures would be highly regarded. Additionally, you will possess high level communication skills to facilitate positive outcomes for all internal and external stakeholders.

This role will be required to undertake domestic and international travel and will also require UK Security Clearance.
