What will you be doing?
We are seeking a Senior RF Engineer to drive innovation and excellence in RF product development. In this dynamic role, you'll track industry trends, design cutting-edge RF systems and circuits, and lead technical aspects of customer-funded projects. Your expertise will shape RF architectures, support production with detailed documentation, and assist sales with technical proposals and demonstrations. You’ll also conduct research on emerging technologies, contribute to strategic initiatives, and ensure robust customer support for our products.
As a key member of the team, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience designing, simulating, prototyping, and testing RF circuits.
- Expertise in component-level design, component selection and signal matching.
- Strong knowledge of radio systems, including propagation, digital modulation schemes, and EMC standards.
- Proficient in schematic and complex multilayer PCB layout design.
- Expertise in RF system level testing.

To succeed in this dynamic role, you will have a proven track record of delivering innovative RF solutions and driving projects from concept to completion. Ideally, you will hold a degree in a relevant technical field and possess exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
This position requires eligibility for UK Security Clearance and may involve occasional travel.
