What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Europe, the Sales Administration Coordinator will provide vital support to the Sales and Operations teams at DTC, a global technology leader in secure wireless communications and surveillance systems.
Based in our Hampshire office, this role ensures the accuracy of sales data, assists with quoting processes, and supports the smooth operation of ERP and CRM systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Europe and globally to help maintain sales records, coordinate product information, and prepare regular reports that support business decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and systems skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining accurate product, pricing, and sales data across DAX/SAP and Salesforce.
  • Assisting with the creation and management of sales quotes and orders.
  • Supporting the coordination of New Product Introductions (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) product transitions with Operations.
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc sales reports for management.
  • Supporting improvements to ERP and CRM processes in collaboration with system super users.
  • Assisting with compliance requirements related to import/export and internal corporate governance.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About You:

An organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting others and ensuring efficient processes will thrive in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and time zones. Previous experience in sales administration, operations, or coordination—combined with confidence using ERP and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Salesforce—will be highly regarded. Solid IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, and an interest in systems and process improvement are key to success.

A commitment to maintaining accurate records, providing high-quality administrative support, and understanding compliance requirements such as import/export and corporate governance will be valued. This position suits someone who is service-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to the success of the wider sales team.
