What will you be doing?
Working within the DTC Operations Team and reporting to the Global Operations Director, you will gain exposure to all aspects of manufacturing operations within a highly technical industry.
Within your graduate role, you will be rotated through placements within the various functional teams that, together, ensure the delivery of DTC products to our customers. You will work with the function leaders to promote and drive business process improvements within the disciplines of purchasing, planning, materials management, manufacturing engineering, test engineering and production.
You may be expected to lead small project teams.
The work undertaken will be tailored to meet your personal development objectives and the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (predicted) in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline

Must have at least 2 A levels at grade B or above in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics related subjects.
The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
