What will you be doing?
 

Working within the DTC Operations Team and reporting to the Global Operations Director, you will gain exposure to all aspects of manufacturing operations within a highly technical industry.
 

Within your graduate role, you will be rotated through placements within the various functional teams that, together, ensure the delivery of DTC products to our customers.  You will work with the function leaders to promote and drive business process improvements within the disciplines of purchasing, planning, materials management, manufacturing engineering, test engineering and production.
 

You may be expected to lead small project teams.
 

The work undertaken will be tailored to meet your personal development objectives and the needs of the business.
 

What are we looking for?
 

DTC are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and competent graduate to work within our Operations function.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who can display many of the following attributes:

• Strong problem solving skills

• Adaptability

• Good work ethic

• Excellent communication skills

• Quick learner

• Analytical mindset

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (predicted) in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline

• Must have at least 2 A levels at grade B or above in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics related subjects.

The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.

Please note: some roles at DTC may require you to undergo UK Security Clearance, subsequently your nationality or place of birth may limit some of the roles you can undertake.
