About the Role

 

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial information across multiple international entities. You will support payroll accounting, statutory compliance, intercompany processes, and month-end reporting, ensuring high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and financial control.

Working closely with regional HR and Finance teams, you’ll contribute to effective global payroll operations and strengthen financial governance across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Manage multi-country payrolls (Singapore, US & UK) and related journal postings and reconciliations.
  • Maintain commission calculations and ensure accurate cost allocation and intercompany recharging.
  • Liaise with regional HR and Finance to ensure statutory payroll compliance.
  • Oversee intercompany recharges and month-end intercompany balancing.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with local tax, social security and employment regulations.
  • Complete US sales tax submissions via online portals and complete reconciliations.
  • Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Support the Director of Accounting with month-end close.
  • Produce ad-hoc payroll and financial reports.
  • Support internal and external audits across various jurisdictions.
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required.

 

About You

 

You are an experienced accounting professional with strong knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliation, and management reporting across global operations. Your background includes working with ERP and payroll systems, integrating payroll into consolidated accounts, and navigating compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

You bring advanced numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills. Known for your problem-solving ability and proactive approach, you thrive in dynamic environments, adapt well to change, and are skilled at supporting global system rollouts.

You are confident using Microsoft applications, Salesforce, DAX, and other tools essential to your discipline, and you value working collaboratively with colleagues across regions. Your commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction underpins your approach to work.

This role will require the ability to be able to obtain UK Security Clearance.
