What will you be doing?

As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a key role in our IT team, helping to ensure our critical business applications run smoothly. You will be the go-to person for system support and help resolve any issues users encounter. Your role will also involve assisting with system changes and providing backup for other IT team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for key business systems, such as ERP, CRM, Jira, and Confluence.
• Help users by offering 1st to 3rd line support for application issues.
• Work closely with users to understand any problems and ensure they’re resolved effectively.
• Make simple system changes and configurations when needed.
• Assist in the testing of any new updates or system changes.
• Follow IT procedures for changes to ensure everything is done safely and correctly.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who has experience in supporting business applications and enjoys helping others solve technical problems. You should be organized, a good communicator, and comfortable working with a variety of people. Familiarity with systems like Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce, or Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence) would be highly advantageous, as would supporting qualifications or accreditation within an aligned discipline.

This role requires candidates to undergo Security Screening to 'SC' level.
