About the role

 

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with our global team, this role is pivotal in managing the full recruitment cycle for a diverse range of positions across the organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to fulfill hiring needs across North America and internationally, ensuring we attract the best candidates to drive our company’s growth and success

 

Core elements will include:

 

  • Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records in the Human Resources Information System - SuccessFactors.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.

 

About You

 

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and best practices to attract and secure top talent across North America. In this role, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. Strong time management and organizational abilities will be essential, allowing you to effectively meet competing deadlines while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in leveraging HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors, will be highly valued.

Within the Minelab and greater global Codan business, we recognise and respect the need for flexible working arrangements, however due to the high touch team engagement nature of this role, it will be predominantly based at our Aurora facility with occasional working from home arrangements to be agreed when required.
