About the role

 

Reporting to the Global Manager - Business Agility, this position will provide support to the product development teams in implementing and continually improving their agile practice and additionally develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, to drive continuous process improvement activities and deliver quantifiable results.

 

Core elements will include:

 

  • Facilitate engaging and productive scrum ceremonies across all facets of project delivery
  • Support teams in being accountable to their goals, processes and to each other
  • Enable teams to visualise project goals, roadblocks, and opportunities through development of existing agile systems and processes
  • Contribute to cross-functional identification of improvement opportunities and facilitate strategic problem-solving.

 

About You

 

We are seeking candidates with high level experience of facilitating and delivering Scrum Master or Agile Coaching activities within product development teams, ideally within a software development environment. This experience will be complemented by high level organisational, communications and interpersonal skills that will engage with teams with a variety of skill sets, communication styles and cultural backgrounds.

 

To be successful in your application you should have demonstrated experience in facilitating change management activities and a willingness to challenge the status quo of normal business practices to facilitate ongoing continuous improvement of systems and processes

Tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or another related field would be highly beneficial.

 

Within the Zetron business we recognise and respect the need for flexible working arrangements, however due to the high touch, team engagement nature of this role, it will need to be 60% based at our Hull office facilities with the remaining 40% potentially working from home.
