What will you be doing?

 

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will own and execute all marketing initiatives for the company’s innovative wireless video solutions serving the sports and entertainment industries. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with significant autonomy, designed for a self-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

 

As a single-person marketing function, this role is responsible for shaping brand presence, driving demand generation, and supporting sales growth through strategic planning and tactical execution.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends
  • Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources to maximize ROI
  • Maintaining and strengthening brand identity across all marketing channels
  • Creating engaging content for the website, social media, email campaigns, and product launches
  • Producing blogs, case studies, videos, and promotional materials that highlight product capabilities
  • Planning and managing participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including booth design and marketing collateral
  • Executing digital lead generation campaigns and optimizing performance across channels
  • Managing marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, automation, and analytics systems
  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goal

 

 

What makes a successful Office Administrator & Buyer?

 

A successful Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who is comfortable working independently. They are adaptable, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering consistent, high-quality marketing output. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to translate technical products into compelling market stories.

 

We’re looking for someone with:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in sports or entertainment technology markets (preferred)
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within technology, broadcast, or media-related industries
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with video production workflows and wireless transmission technologies
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills
  • Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or live events

 

 

Location: Carlisle, PA or Ashburn, VA (candidate’s choice)

This role can be based out of either our Carlisle, PA or Ashburn, VA office.
