What will you be doing?
We are on the hunt for an energetic, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join our passionate team. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our global sales team, ensuring world-class service for our key accounts while uncovering new opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Handle customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer information databases, for effective and timely key communications
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other sales materials
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and manage the full sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Track sales performance, forecast future business, and prepare reports for management.
- Deliver product demos and presentations, both virtually and in-person, to key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Experience in technical or electronics-based products is a bonus, but not required—we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
This role may require occasional travel to support our customer and clients’ requirements.
