What will you be doing?

 

This position will report to the Business Development Director and will support the greater sales team by providing timely delivery of administrative and account management activities facilitating account growth, identification of new sales opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

 

This position requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and sales programs.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Handle customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer information databases, for effective and timely key communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other sales materials
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Track sales performance, forecast future business, and prepare reports for management.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations, both virtually and in-person, to key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Within our business we recognise and respect the need for flexible working arrangements, however due to the high touch team engagement nature of this role it will be predominantly based at our Aurora - Illinois facility with occasional working from home arrangements to be agreed when required.

 

This role may require occasional travel to support our customer and clients’ requirements.
