About the role?

The role of Global Digital Performance Manager reports to the Global Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for overseeing, developing and managing digital campaigns, optimizing product visibility, and enhancing ROI across various search engines and online retail platforms. This will ultimately deliver organic growth in product visibility and sales across all our global digital marketplaces.

Key requirements will include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive global SEM strategies for search engines and Amazon Marketplace to drive traffic and sales. 
• Manage and optimize SEM global campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance analysis. 
• Manage and leverage SEM tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Advertising Console to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Work with Global Sales Teams and conduct market research to identify global opportunities and consumer behaviour trends that impact digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Global Sales Teams to align marketing strategies with consumer product objectives and retailer requirements.

What makes a successful Global Digital Performance Manager within our team at Minelab?

We are seeking candidates with a strong focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Amazon Marketplace to drive our global online presence. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified within Business, Marketing, or another related field and will be a proactive and self-motivated team player and possess sound understanding of digital platforms and channels, contemporary trends, and digital marketing strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in consumer products and global market dynamics.

To be successful in this position you will bring the following:

• Proven experience in SEM management with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and advertising platforms. 
• Previous experience in digital marketing for consumer products and online retail platforms. 
• Global experience with the ability to tailor strategies for diverse international markets. 
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
• A curiosity and enthusiasm for technology and innovation in digital marketing.
