About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Support complex sales opportunities with product demonstrations and technical expertise.
- Deliver professional training sessions and build tailored communication systems for client needs.
Sales Administration:
- Coordinate quotations, order processing, and logistics with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations for exports and shipments.
Technical Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless post-sales support.
Market Development:
- Identify growth opportunities and build strong relationships in the region.
- Conduct field trials, product demonstrations, and gather market intelligence to guide strategy.
What You Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Wireless Communications or equivalent experience.
- Military, Law Enforcement or Public Safety experience in tactical communication systems.
- Hands-on expertise in system integration, technical training, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, report writing, and presenting technical information.
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is desirable to support regional clients.
