What will you be doing?

 

This dynamic opportunity reports to the Dubai-based, VP of Sales and offers high-level administrative support to the sales teams across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and the CIS region. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless sales operations by completing tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate clear communication across all aspects of the Dubai office.

 

 

Key Responsibilities will include.

 

  • Process daily sales orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond promptly to customer and dealer inquiries with a proactive, customer-first approach.
  • Support the sales team in strengthening customer and dealer relationships to drive growth.
  • Provide accurate, timely quotations.
  • Manage customer and dealer accounts, generating daily reports.
  • Assist the regional sales team in dealer and distributor management.
  • Follow up to ensure timely progress on orders and commitments.
  • Coordinate shipments for accurate and on-time delivery.
  • Support service and program teams with contract administration.
  • Help organize trade shows and exhibitions.

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong track record in providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proficiency in SAP, including order processing, tracking, and reporting, is essential. We’re looking for a highly organized and adaptable professional who excels at multitasking and managing competing priorities. You should bring a proactive, forward-thinking approach, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the resilience to handle challenges with enthusiasm. Fluency in French (verbal and written) would be highly desirable, as would an interest or experience in radio communications.
