About the Role
This role is ideally based in Brisbane; however, interstate candidates will be considered, with an expectation of regular travel.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and order intake across the APAC region through a combination of direct and channel sales within the public safety and critical communications sector. This role provides both leadership and direct sales accountability, overseeing a small team while personally driving strategic opportunities and contributing to regional revenue and order intake performance. You will represent a portfolio aligned to Zetron technologies, including command and control, integrated communications, and public safety solutions, supporting customers across emergency services and mission-critical environments. The position will play a critical role in building a scalable, partner-led growth model while strengthening sales discipline across pipeline management, CRM usage, and forecasting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver regional revenue and order intake targets aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline to support consistent performance
- Lead and execute the APAC sales strategy across direct and channel routes to market
- Personally own and close strategic, high-value opportunities within public safety and critical communications
- Lead complex sales cycles, including major bids and commercial negotiations
- Develop and execute a structured channel strategy across priority markets
- Recruit, enable, and manage high-value partners to drive growth
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of sales and pre-sales professionals
- Drive accountability across pipeline, performance, and sales execution
- Enforce strong CRM discipline, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
- Conduct structured pipeline and forecast reviews to identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to support go-to-market execution
- Build and maintain senior relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders across the region
About You
This role is well suited to an experienced sales leader who is comfortable balancing team leadership with direct ownership of strategic sales outcomes. A strong track record of delivering revenue and order intake targets within complex, high-value sales environments is essential, ideally within public safety, communications, or mission-critical technology sectors. Experience across both direct and channel sales models in APAC, combined with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting, will be key. Strong commercial acumen, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to build partner ecosystems across diverse markets will underpin success in this role.
