About the Role
Based in Mawson Lakes, the Loan and Demonstration Equipment Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of DTC's loan, demonstration and exhibition equipment. You will ensure assets are available, correctly configured and dispatched on time to support customer demonstrations, training, trade shows and internal events. Working closely with sales, product, engineering and customer support teams, you will help deliver seamless experience for stakeholders while maintaining accurate asset records and reliable equipment readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the allocation, booking, scheduling and availability of loan, demonstration and exhibition equipment
- Prepare equipment for dispatch, including configuration, firmware and software updates, licensing and functional verification
- Manage equipment dispatches and returns through DTC's ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Inspect returned equipment, update asset records and follow up overdue or missing items
- Maintain demonstration equipment throughout its lifecycle to ensure ongoing readiness and reliability
- Coordinate the annual stock take of Adelaide demonstration assets and support regional offices with timely completion
- Provide backup support across customer support activities, including technical enquiries, RMAs and customer visits
- Support ISO 9001 audits and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and customer outcomes
About You
You are an organised and customer-focused professional with experience in asset or inventory management, logistics coordination or a related operational environment. You have the technical aptitude to prepare, configure and check communications or electronic equipment, supported by a qualification in electronics or communications, or equivalent trade or industry experience.
You are confident using ERP systems such as SAP and bring strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills. Your attention to detail, proactive approach and ability to build effective relationships will enable you to work successfully across multiple teams and competing priorities. You must also be prepared to undergo an Australian Department of Defence security clearance process if required.
