Codan is looking for Under Graduates  across various disciplines, notably Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering & Signal Processing Engineering who want to kick-start their career and join our growing team in Adelaide. What will you be doing?

Working as part of the greater Tactical Communications or Minelab team and reporting to the relevant departmental manager, you will gain invaluable exposure to a growing, dynamic and highly innovative organisation. 

You will spend time embedded within the various functional teams that, together, ensure the successful delivery of our products to our customers.  You will work with the function leaders to promote and drive business process improvements and grow the core skills that will enable you to be successful within your chosen discipline.

The role will be tailored to meet both your personal development objectives and the needs of the business. 

What are we looking for?

We are seeking applications from candidates that have a passion for the development of their career, possess high-level problem-solving skills and an ability and confidence to communicate across all levels of our business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (predicted) within a related discipline.

The successful candidate must have the right to work in Australia.
