About the Role
This full-time position, based in Mawson Lakes, Adelaide, is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of enterprise business systems projects across the Codan Group. The role will lead integration, upgrade and enhancement initiatives across global operations, ensuring systems effectively support operational performance, standardisation and business growth.
Working across a diverse applications environment, the IT Project Manager will oversee projects involving core business systems, third-party platforms and supporting technologies. The role requires strong end-to-end project delivery capability, including management of scope, budget, timelines, risk and stakeholder engagement across multi-regional environments.
Experience delivering projects within complex enterprise business systems environments will be highly regarded, along with an ability to support organisational change activities associated with system implementations and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of enterprise business systems and IT projects
- Manage integration, enhancement and upgrade activities across multiple business units and international locations
- Support business integration and acquisition-related projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and reporting dashboards
- Monitor project progress against milestones, budgets and timelines
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and business stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Support user engagement, communication and adoption activities associated with project delivery and business change
- Ensure projects align with governance and best-practice project management methodologies
About You
You bring significant project management experience delivering complex IT and business systems projects within enterprise or global environments. You have a broad, generalist delivery background across multiple IT domains and are experienced partnering with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver practical and commercially aligned outcomes.
You have successfully delivered enterprise systems projects including integrations, upgrades, enhancements and transformation initiatives, with an understanding of the governance and operational considerations associated with large-scale business platforms. Experience working within complex enterprise or managed services environments will be highly regarded.
Exposure to change management principles, stakeholder communication and user adoption activities within technology projects will also be viewed favourably.
You possess strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across geographically dispersed teams and projects. Formal project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent will be highly regarded but not considered essential.
International travel will be required to support global project activities.
