About the role
This critical role will entail providing Human Resources activities across the entire employee life cycle for the Adelaide based Corporate, IT and Operations functions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting senior managers and stakeholders in shaping organisational change, providing advice on risk, obligations, compensation and benefits
- Providing timely, confidential, and accurate advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Identifying development plans and training programs that enhance the capability of managers and employees to meet business requirements
- Delivery of annual salary review campaigns, performance review processes, and succession planning
About You
To be successful in this position, you should have prior experience in an operational HR role, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing or technical engineering business. This role is well-suited for candidates looking to grow, develop, and advance their existing career, or for those returning to the workforce, within a supportive and flexible working environment. High-level communication skills are essential, along with the ability to cultivate and expand stakeholder relationships, drive favourable business results, and work independently with flexibility in your working hours. Experience with HRIS, particularly SuccessFactors, is highly regarded.
While a tertiary qualification in HR is not mandatory, it would be considered highly beneficial.
