About the Role

 

The Administration Support Officer provides high-level administrative and operational support to internal teams, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of business activities. The role is responsible for coordinating administrative processes, managing documentation, supporting internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records across a range of business functions.

Working closely with various departments, the role assists with coordinating activities, responding to enquiries, preparing documentation, and supporting business operations. The position plays an important part in ensuring processes are completed accurately, information is maintained effectively, and stakeholders receive professional and timely support.

This role works across multiple internal functions and requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of customer and stakeholder service.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams and stakeholders across the business.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute documentation, reports and correspondence as required.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative processes to ensure efficient workflow and accurate record keeping.
  • Maintain and update business systems, databases and records in line with company procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments and other business activities.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of internal and external communications.
  • Monitor and follow up outstanding actions, requests and documentation where required.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is communicated effectively and tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, meetings and other business initiatives as required.
  • Provide reporting and administrative support to managers and team members.
    Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • to a safe and compliant working environment in line with company policies and standards.

 

About You

 

You bring experience working in an administrative, customer service, coordination or business support role where you have demonstrated strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting teams to achieve their objectives through effective administration and communication.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are able to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Your proactive approach, problem-solving ability and commitment to delivering high-quality work enable you to effectively manage competing demands while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

You are confident using business systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications, and are comfortable learning new systems and processes. You enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment and take pride in providing reliable administrative support that contributes to overall business success.
