Graduates
At Codan we are committed to recruiting Graduates across Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Annual intakes are based around individual business units’ needs and engineering project requirements. We offer first class facilities and the opportunity to work on innovative and challenging technology and product development programmes. STEM Graduates are provided ongoing support and development, which includes a dedicated and experienced mentor for the duration of the graduate program.


University Placements
Codan welcomes expressions of interest from STEM students to undertake an intern placement or final year project with us. We will work with you to closely match your learning objectives with current engineering or manufacturing projects, to ensure you can apply your knowledge in a real-world environment.


Apprenticeships
As a host organisation we offer recruitment of Adelaide-based apprenticeships through the Australian Industry Group Training Services (AI Group), in conjunction with TAFE. Codan works in partnership with the AI Group to offer workforce development in electronics and engineering, and includes an experienced and committed mentor provided by the AI Group.

Scholarships
In partnership with The Playford Trust, Codan offers a scholarship for students commencing third or fourth year or Honours studying Electronic Engineering, Signal Processing or Physics.

The successful applicant of this scholarship will have the opportunity to undertake paid work experience at Codan. The aim is to help the student develop skills and knowledge and enhance their industry experience. They will work on projects in a collaborative environment, actively contributing and drawing on the experience of others.
