About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate positions throughout the United States, with a strong focus on engineering, software and electronics talent.

This is a hands-on, remote position where you will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies and secure high-quality talent. As a trusted advisor, you will provide market intelligence, challenge thinking when required and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across specialist technical and corporate positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, talent communities and direct outreach
  • Build talent pipelines for critical, niche and future hiring requirements
  • Conduct detailed candidate screens and competency-based interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, references, background checks and pre-employment requirements
  • Provide hiring leaders with market intelligence, compensation insights and recruitment recommendations
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline activity and reporting within the ATS
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing and talent attraction initiatives
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry, university and recruiting events

About You

You will bring at least five years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including demonstrated success hiring technical professionals across engineering, software and/or electronics disciplines. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

You will have advanced sourcing capabilities, including experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping and engaging passive candidates. You will be confident partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders, providing informed advice and constructively challenging requirements to support effective hiring decisions.

Strong attention to detail, commercial judgment and the ability to manage multiple specialist positions and competing priorities are essential. Experience using an ATS or HRIS is required, with SAP SuccessFactors experience considered a plus.

As part of a global team, you will be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with stakeholders across different locations and time zones. Some out-of-hours work and occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
