Annual base salary range: US$90,000–$130,000, depending on experience.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Systems Specialist / Analyst, you will support and improve our SAP and Salesforce environments, helping employees get reliable information and making it easier for teams to work across both systems.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and IT, you will resolve day-to-day issues, maintain accurate data and turn business requirements into practical system improvements. You will help keep customer, opportunity, order and financial information flowing effectively between Salesforce and SAP, while balancing user support with longer-term improvement work.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for SAP and Salesforce support, troubleshooting and user requests.
• Administer Salesforce users, permissions, reports, dashboards, workflows and approved configuration changes.
• Support SAP users, business processes and configuration across relevant areas such as sales orders, procurement, inventory and finance.
• Work with business teams to document requirements, identify process gaps and recommend system improvements.
• Monitor and help resolve data and integration issues between Salesforce, SAP and related applications.
• Maintain data quality, access controls and system documentation in coordination with IT and business owners.
• Test system changes, coordinate user acceptance testing and support releases and upgrades.
• Create reports and dashboards that provide clear, reliable information for business decisions.
• Develop user guidance and deliver training to help employees use both systems effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners and internal technical teams on complex issues and projects.

About You

You have experience supporting or administering both SAP and Salesforce in a business environment. You bring practical knowledge of Salesforce security, reporting, workflows and data management, together with experience supporting SAP users and business processes in one or more functional areas.

You are comfortable investigating issues across systems, tracing data problems and explaining your findings clearly to nontechnical colleagues. You have experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, testing changes and supporting end users, with the organizational skills to balance daily support and ongoing improvements.

Experience with SAP–Salesforce integrations, data migration or enterprise reporting would be advantageous, as would Salesforce Administrator certification or relevant SAP training or certification. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, defense or another regulated environment, along with familiarity with change management and role-based access controls, would also be beneficial.
