About the Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will support the negotiation, execution and administration of commercial agreements and government contracting requirements. Your focus will include nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), representations and certifications, and purchase order terms and conditions, helping ensure agreements align with company policies and risk requirements.
Reporting to the North American Contracts Director, you will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Operations to support efficient and compliant contracting practices.
Key Deliverables
- Draft, review and negotiate NDAs with customers, vendors and partners.
- Prepare, review, track and maintain representations and certifications to support compliance and audit readiness.
- Review and negotiate purchase order terms and conditions to maintain company standards and contractual protections.
- Support internal stakeholders with contract-related questions and processes.
- Track contract status, key terms, renewals and obligations using contract management tools and internal systems.
- Identify contractual risks and deviations from standard terms, escalating to Legal or management as appropriate.
- Help improve contract templates, guidance and processes, and maintain organised, accessible records in line with retention requirements.
About You
You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 2–5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal operations or a related role. You bring strong experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs and commercial terms, familiarity with representations and certifications, and the ability to interpret contract language and apply company policies.
You are organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Your clear communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills help you work effectively across teams, while your sound judgement enables you to recognise risks and know when to escalate. You take initiative and can manage your responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in commercial or government contracting, working with in-house counsel, or using contract lifecycle management systems would be advantageous. Knowledge of contract law principles, FAR/DFARS clauses and export compliance requirements, including EAR or ITAR, would also be well regarded.
U.S. citizenship is required and the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
