About the Role

At Codan, we're looking for a Delivery Lead who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing people together and turning ideas into meaningful business outcomes.

You'll work with leaders across the business to tackle complex challenges, improve the way we work and help turn great ideas into practical outcomes. Every initiative is different, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow and make a genuine impact.

As a Delivery Lead, you'll partner with teams across the organisation to deliver strategic business and technology initiatives that improve customer experiences, strengthen operations and support Codan's long-term success.

Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you'll help shape the future of our business while building your own capability and career.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic business and technology initiatives from concept through to successful delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to solve complex business challenges.
• Create momentum by removing roadblocks, managing priorities and driving measurable outcomes.
• Improve business processes, customer and employee experiences, and operational performance.
• Influence change across people, process and technology.
• Identify opportunities to simplify the way we work and deliver better business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, subject matter experts and project teams to deliver successful change.

About You

You're naturally curious and enjoy figuring things out. When something needs improving, you're already thinking about how to make it better.

You take ownership, communicate confidently and enjoy working with people to solve problems. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, bringing structure to complexity and influencing others to achieve shared goals.

Whether your background is in project delivery, business improvement, operational excellence, consulting or transformation, you'll know how to bring people together and keep initiatives moving forward.

Experience delivering projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives or driving business improvement is important, but attitude matters just as much. If you're proactive, commercially minded and enjoy learning, you'll thrive in this role.
