About The Role:
As an Electronic Design Engineer, you will be at the heart of our product innovation, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge electronic solutions. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will be involved in everything from concept development to final testing, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- New product design and development from concept to manufacture.
- Engage in detailed electronics design and development in collaboration with your project team.
- Work with microcontrollers, FPGA, ADC, power supplies, battery, and wireless technologies.
- Integrate and test prototype detector systems with other engineers.
- Collaborate on research projects to develop and prove new ideas.
- Provide electronics production support for existing products.
To Be Successful, You Will Need:
- A degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in embedded electronics design and product development.
- Project engineering experience working across test, manufacturing, supply, and service groups.
- Proficiency in both digital and analogue electronics design, including peripherals and battery technologies.
- Experience in schematic capture and PCB design, preferably with Altium Designer.
- Knowledge of EMC compliance testing.
- Excellent specification and report writing skills.
- Experience with embedded software and programmable logic design (desirable).
- The ability to work autonomously and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
